1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Cloud Ivoire portal or registering for Nangita training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Cloud Ivoire Waitlist

Cloud Ivoire is currently in a "Closed Beta" / Waitlist phase. Registration does not guarantee immediate access to GPU resources. Instances are provisioned based on availability of our NVIDIA DGX clusters.

3. Training Programs

• Registration: Seats are limited and confirmed only upon payment.
• Curriculum: Nangita LLC reserves the right to update the curriculum of Proxmox and Red Hat courses to match current industry standards.
• Certifications: While our courses prepare you for exams (like RHCSA), the official exam fees are separate unless explicitly stated.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nangita LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming (USA) and applicable local laws in Côte d'Ivoire.
